To obtain a record removal you must first forward your signed letter detailing your full name and address and contact telephone number to the data protection compliance officer at our registered address detailed above so we can establish your identity before we can consider your request for record removal.

You should also provide the documentary evidence that we hold data upon you or you will need to undertake a subject access request prior to requesting a record removal.

Failure to provide evidence of both your identity and the personal information record you require to be removed from our database will result in no reply to your communication and certainly no personal record removal from our database.

It is also important to note that we cannot remove you from any current year electoral roll register; this must be done by the applicant only with the local council responsible for maintaining this register.
